Artikel 1. Definitions

1.1. This privacy policy uses the following definitions:
a. i UNE-X: the user of this privacy policy: the private company with limited liability i UNE-X Werving & Selectie en Detachering B.V., trading as i UNE-X and i UNE-X INTERNATIONAL, established at Nieuwe Stationsstraat 20 (6811 KS) in Arnhem, registered with the Chamber of Commerce with number 71287116;
b. data subject: the natural person who (on behalf of a company) has concluded an agreement with
i UNE-X, or the natural person who (on behalf of a company) has contacted i UNE-X concerning the conclusion and/or implementation of the agreement, or the natural who (on behalf of a company) has created an account on the website or who visits the website;
c. agreement: the agreement between i UNE-X and the data subject under which the data subject makes use of the service offered by
i UNE-X;
d. website: the websites www.iunex.nl and www.iunexinternational.com as managed by i UNE-X;
e. personal data: data that can be used to identify a natural person.

Artikel 2. Personal data

2.1. i UNE-X greatly values the careful handling of personal data. i UNE-X acts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations when it processes personal data.
2.2. i UNE-X handles personal data with care and treats them confidentially.
2.3. i UNE-X collects personal data about the data subject when the data subject has provided these personal data to i UNE-X (through the website) or when the data subject visits the website or has contacted i UNE-X by phone or e-mail.
2.4. i UNE-X collects and processes the following personal data: 
a. first and last name;
b. address;
c. postcode and city;
d. telephone number;
e. e-mail address;
f. nationality;
g. gender;
h. marital status;
i. date of birth;
j. pictures;
k. IP address;
l. copy of identification document (if necessary).
2.5. i UNE-X does not process any special personal data of data subjects.
2.6. The website and/or service does not aim to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless their parents or guardians have given permission to do so. However, i UNE-X cannot verify whether a data subject is older than 16 years. i UNE-X recommends parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent the collection of data about children without parental permission. if the data subject is convinced that i UNE-X has collected personal data about a minor without this permission, the data subject must contact i UNE-X using the contact details provided in Article 11.1 to enable i UNE-X to end the processing and remove the personal data.

Artikel 3. Grounds and purposes of the processing

3.1. The grounds for the processing of personal data is the implementation of the agreement or to take pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject. Pictures of the data subject are processed based on his permission.
3.2. i UNE-X collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
a. handling questions and/or comments from the data subject;
b. issuing a quotation and/or offer to the data subject;
c. concluding the agreement;
d. contacting the data subject in relation to the performance of the agreement;
e. maintaining a customer relationship with the data subject;
f. creating and maintaining an account on the website for the data subject;
g. sending the data subject a newsletter, provided he has given permission for this. Also refer to Article 4 in this respect;
h. sending an invoice and fulfilling administrative obligations;
i. improving the website and services of i UNE-X.
3.3. The data subject is required by the contract to provide his name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and a copy of the identity document (if necessary). No agreement can be concluded without the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and a copy of the identity document (if necessary).
3.4. i UNE-X will not keep the personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data are processed as described in Article 3.2.
3.5. i UNE-X only processes personal data that are absolutely required for the existing purposes. i UNE-X strives to minimise its data processing.
3.6. i UNE-X will not process the personal data for any other purposes than those described above.

Artikel 4. Newsletters

4.1. Newsletters will only be sent to the data subject if he has given
i UNE-X his explicit and unambiguous permission for this. The data subject can always unsubscribe from newsletters, also refer to Article 5 in this respect.
4.2. i UNE-X will not contact the data subject for direct marketing purposes if he has not given permission for this.

Artikel 5. Unsubscribing from newsletters

5.1. The data subject can unsubscribe from newsletters in the following ways:
a. by clicking the relevant link included in the newsletter;
b. by contacting i UNE-X using the contact details in Article 11.1.
5.2. Each newsletter sent to the data subject will include a link that can be used by the data subject to unsubscribe from the newsletters.

Artikel 6. Deletion of personal data

6.1. i UNE-X will delete personal data from its systems without any unreasonable delays, if:
a. the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed;
b. the data subject objects to the processing of his personal data and this objection is justified; 
c. the personal data are incorrect or outdated.
6.2. i UNE-X is not required to delete the personal data in situations in which the “right to be forgotten” does not apply as described by law.

Artikel 7. Disclosing personal data to third parties

7.1. i UNE-X will not disclose the personal data of the data subject to third parties until:
a. i UNE-X has received the explicit prior permission for this from the data subject;
b. one of the legal grounds exists based on which the disclosure of personal data to a third party is permitted;
c. this is necessary to implement the agreement;
d. the disclosure occurs to a processor hired by i UNE-X for the purposes listed in this privacy policy with whom i UNE-X has concluded an agreement which ensures that the processor offers sufficient guarantees concerning the technical and organisational security measures in relation to the processing.
7.2. The data subject can always revoke his permission for the disclosure of personal data to third parties.

Artikel 8. Right to access, transferability, rectification and deletion

8.1. i UNE-X will grant the data subject access to all personal data concerning him in the possession of
i UNE-X. i UNE-X will also freely provide the data subject with a copy of these personal data to enable him to provide these personal data to a third party.
8.2. i UNE-X will freely give the data subject the opportunity to correct or delete any incorrect data concerning him in the possession of i UNE-X. 
8.3. The request for access, modification or deletion of data can be submitted in writing or by e-mail to i UNE-X using the contact details listed in Article 11.1. i UNE-X will respond to a corresponding request as soon as possible and at the latest within 4 weeks.

Artikel 9. Objections

9.1. The data subject object to the processing of his personal data if he has a good reason to do so considering the specific situation. Once i UNE-X has received the objection, it will stop processing the personal data of the data subject, unless i UNE-X has a legitimate interest in processing the personal data of the data subject which outweighs the interest of the data subject.

Artikel 10. Right to limitation

10.1. If the data subject has submitted a request to modify, supplement or delete his personal data or an objection to the processing of his personal data and handling, processing and implementing this request of objection takes some time, the data subject can request
i UNE-X to limit the processing of his personal data.

Artikel 11.Contact

11.1. The data subject can use the contact details listed below to contact i UNE-X to ask questions about the way in which i UNE-X processes personal data, to revoke his permission for the processing of his personal data, to request access to the personal data concerning the data subject processed by i UNE-X, to request a copy of his personal data, to request modification or deletion of his personal data, to request to limit the processing of his personal data, or to submit an objection against the processing of his personal data.

11.2. i UNE-X will inform the data subject if i UNE-X in response to a request by the data subject modifies, supplements or removes his personal data, ends or limits the processing of his personal data, or processes a revoked permission.

Artikel 12. Security measures

12.1. i UNE-X has taken various security measures to avoid unauthorised access to and loss, theft and unlawful use of personal data, including measures against unauthorised access, use, modification, unlawful and unintentional destruction and unintentional loss of personal data. 
12.2. i UNE-X has taken the following security measures:
a. the use of systems with strong passwords to prevent unauthorised access to information systems;
b. the encrypted storage of data in the database;
c. the use of secure network connections;
d. data provided to i UNE-X through the website are stored in a secure web environment;
e. keeping software up to date;
f. periodic verification of the implemented security measures;
g. paper documents are kept in a stored cabinet which can only be accessed by the Managing Director of i UNE-X;
h. no paper copies are made of agreements or documents that contain personal data unless these are requested by the data subject; 
i. e-mail messages from data subjects are not printed;
j. physical protection of its IT facilities and equipment against unauthorised access, damage and disruptions.
12.3. All employees of i UNE-X and third parties hired by i UNE-X, including processors, who have access to personal data for the performance of their duties are required to observe their confidentiality. 

Artikel 13. Privacy policy of third parties

13.1. This privacy policy does not apply to websites or applications of third parties, such as social media websites, that are connected to the website by means of links. i UNE-X does not accept any responsibility or liability concerning the way in which these websites treat personal data. For more information about the way in which these third parties treat personal data and the like, make sure to consult the privacy policy of the website or application in question. 

Artikel 14. Amendments 

14.1. i UNE-X reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this privacy policy. The newest version of the privacy policy of i UNE-X can be found on the website. 

Artikel 15. Data breach

15.1. If a security incident has occurred at i UNE-X which affected personal data of a sensitive nature or which for any other reason had a serious adverse impact on the protection of the processed personal data, i UNE-X will inform the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of discovering the data breach and act in accordance with the Data Breach Notification Duty Policy Rules of this authority.
15.2. i UNE-X will immediately inform an affected data subject in case of a data breach at i UNE-X with adverse consequences for his privacy.

Artikel 16. Cookies

16.1. i UNE-X uses functional cookies. 
16.2. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of the device used by the data subject when he first visits the website. 
16.3. The data subject can opt out of cookies by configuring his browser no to accept cookies. The data subject can also remove previously stored information using his browser settings. More information about enabling, disabling and deleting cookies can be found in the instructions and/or using the Help feature of the browser. Functional cookies are necessary for the correct performance of a website. 
If the data subject removes functional cookies, this may affect the correct performance of the website and i UNE-X may be unable to (properly) provide its services.

Functional cookies make sure that the website works properly. These cookies are used, for example, to enable the data subject to log in on the website.

16.5. i UNE-X can change its cookie policy at any time, for example, in response to a change in legislation. Changes or additions to the cookie policy of i UNE-X will be published here. i UNE-X advises the visitor to regularly check this policy. 

Artikel 17. Submitting a complaint

17.1. If the data subject believes that the personal data processing by
i UNE-X does not comply with this privacy policy and/or applicable laws and regulations, the data subject can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
